Joseph Hafner
Golf performance specialist focused on mobility, rotational strength and measurable outcomes for golfers in Dubai — coaching with the structure of a performance environment and the clarity of assessment-led programming.
Coaching philosophy
Great coaching respects both art and measurement. The swing is individual; the physical capabilities that support it are not mysterious when screened properly. My philosophy is simple: understand the body's influence on the swing, train qualities that transfer, and verify change with objective checkpoints. Golfers improve fastest when sessions connect what they feel to what they can measure — range of motion that is owned, power that is sequenced and durability that survives a season.
Expect direct communication and modern programming that honours your time. Training stays golf-authentic: patterns that look like rotation, bracing and speed — not random exercises marketed as golf fitness without context.
Experience and specialization
Work spans committed amateurs and competitive-minded players who want a performance framework: screening, structured blocks and re-testing. Specialisation sits at the intersection of mobility, rotational strength, power development and pain-conscious progressions for common golfer complaints such as low-back tightness or late-round fade.
Sessions draw on golf-specific physical preparation principles and a relentless focus on individualisation — your roadmap should reflect your numbers, schedule and goals rather than a one-size-fits-all template.
MobiliTee and the origin of structured screening
MobiliTee exists because screening should be practical for coaches and transparent for players. The system organises mobility, stability and power metrics into an actionable profile so prescriptions are defensible and repeatable. When players understand the 'why' behind drills, adherence improves — and when coaches share language around testing, progress becomes collaborative.
On this site, MobiliTee is more than branding: it is the backbone of assessment across programmes, informing progressions from the first session through multi-week builds.
Methodology in practice
Methodology moves from assessment to priority identification to phased training. Early phases may emphasise mobility and foundational strength; middle phases integrate sequencing and higher intent; later phases translate physical capacity into speed exposure and on-course durability. Nutrition basics, sleep and recovery strategies may surface when they materially affect training quality.
